Police officer arrested for sodomising 15-year-old boy

A police officer attached to a Kisumu police station was on Saturday afternoon (December 26) arrested on allegations of sodomising a 15-year-old boy.

Nelson Kiprono Cheruiyot was arrested at his Kondele home.

The teenager filed a report at the Kondele Police Station Saturday alleging that Cheruiyot defiled him on Christmas night.

“The Form One student reported that on December 25, the suspect lured him to his house at Shauri Moyo Administration Police (AP) quarters, where he repeatedly sodomised the boy the whole night,” says a police report filed at Kondele post.

The suspect will be arraigned on Monday, December 28.
