Omtatah on finding Kibet Bull
Omtatah had on December 26, 2024, appealed for public help in finding Kibet, who went missing in the new wave of abductions.
Taking to his official X account, Omtatah stated that they had unsuccessfully done anything possible to locate Kibet, who is known for criticizing President William Ruto using silhouettes.
Omtatah further argued that he had led his team in conducting searches in police stations on December 25, spoke with persons of interest, and reported the matter to the police, but he has not yet found help.
He says he had also obtained information about a Subaru Forester mounted with communication equipment, ran the plate number details through the NTSA website, but established that the plates were fake.
“We have done our best to try and find @Kibet_bull since learning that he’s missing. I led teams in conducting searches in police stations yesterday, spoke with persons of interest, reported the matter to the police, obtained information about the Subaru Forester mounted with communication equipment, ran the plate number details through the NTSA website, established that the plates were fake, and even reached out to the family.
“If you have information that can help us find @Kibet_bull kindly come forward and help us get to the bottom of this matter,” Omtatah said.
