Venue for Murang’a Seal vs AFC Leopards clash confirmed
Football Kenya Premier League leaders AFC Leopards have confirmed a change of venue for their next league assignment against Murang’a Seal, scheduled for Sunday, April 5, 2026.
In a statement on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, Ingwe, who will be the away team, confirmed that the tie will be held at the Ulinzi Sports Complex and not at Seal’s traditional home turf, San Sebastian Park.
Venue Change
“On Sunday, April 5, 2026, we play away to Murang’a Seal at Ulinzi Sports Complex. The match will kick off at 2:00 pm,” part of the club’s statement read.
Ingwe will approach the high-stakes tie, seeking to extend its winning run that saw them close the gap between them and leaders Gor Mahia during the international week.

As K’Ogalo remained out of action with players on national team duties with Harambee Stars, AFC cut the lead at the top to only four points following a solitary goal win over Kariobangi Sharks on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
The victory over the Sharks marked the third consecutive time the team ground out a 1-0 win. The team also edged Nairobi United and KCB on a similar score in its previous matches.
Ambani sounds warning
Ahead of the uphill task against the sixth-placed Murang’a Seal, Fred Ambani warned of tougher assignments in line with the Leopards’ roster, expressing optimism that his team will maintain their title push by staying on the winning track.
“It was a tough game against a team that played really well. I really think it is an important win looking at the games ahead of us, and I hope we carry it from there,” he stated.

Meanwhile, the league organisers have additionally informed of a venue change for the clash pitting Nairobi United against Mara Sugar.
The clash initially slated for the Ulinzi Sports Complex at 3:00 pm will now be staged at the Kasarani Annex and will kick off at 2:00 pm.
