Mosiria over the moon after Arsenal humbles Chelsea

This is after the Gunners took it seriously and silenced Chelsea in a thrilling 2-1 match, just like Manchester United did against Crystal Palace.
In a number of posts on his Facebook account on Sunday, March 1, 2026, Mosiria bragged that Arsenal is the only G.

He went on to remind his followers that he had predicted the exact scoreline before kickoff.
“I said it team ndogo lazima tuifunge 2-1 ndio wajue tuko serious waheshimu wazazi. Naone tukiongeza ya tatu! Chelsea acha kuforce Arsenal ni team kubwa. Nilisema tutashinda 2-1. Check on my earlier post. I don’t guess!” he wrote.
Mosiria did not stop there. He threw playful jabs at rivals, saying someone must stop “this new Manchester United” and adding that he was not comfortable with the speed at which other teams are coming up in the title race.
Set-piece kings strike again
On the pitch, Arsenal F.C. proved why they are genuine title contenders. The Gunners reopened a five-point lead at the top of the Premier League table after edging out Chelsea F.C. 2-1 at the Emirates Stadium.
William Saliba opened the scoring from a corner before Jurrien Timber forced home another set-piece delivery to seal the win. Arsenal have now scored 16 goals from corners this season, underlining their dominance in dead-ball situations.
Chelsea briefly found hope when Piero Hincapie’s own goal handed them an equaliser, but their comeback ambitions suffered a blow when Pedro Neto was sent off after receiving two yellow cards in quick succession.
David Raya’s late heroics ensured the Gunners held on, with a crucial stoppage-time save preserving all three points.
As the title race intensifies, Mosiria’s confidence mirrors that of Arsenal fans worldwide. For him, this was not just a victory but validation.
