All set for AFC Leopards’ AGM meeting as agenda items are confirmed

Football Kenya Federation Premier League giants AFC Leopards’ highly anticipated 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is set to go down on Sunday, June 28, 2026.
The event will be held at the Nyayo Stadium Basketball Gymnasium at 10.00 am.
Ingwe has, through a notice dated Saturday, June 27, 2026, reminded all its registered members of the agenda items set to be discussed in the mandatory yearly gathering as the club reinforces its structures to ensure democratic governance, transparency, and strategic planning.
Agendas
Among the items listed in the agenda for the day are receiving, considering, and adopting the draft constitution for the club as well as appointing independent auditors of the club.
Others as listed by the club in order of importance:
1. To read the notice convening the meeting and to confirm the presence of a quorum.
2. To confirm minutes of the 2025 Annual General Meeting.
3. To receive the chairman’s report.
4. To receive, consider, and adopt the financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2025 and the auditor’s report thereon.
5. To appoint the Independent Auditors of the Club for the year ending 31 December 2026.
6. To receive, consider, and adopt the Draft Constitution.
7. Any other Business
Members have also been advised to carry their IDs for identification and registration.
The FKF PL club on Saturday, May 27, 2026, officially invoked Article 10.2 of its constitution, locking in the date and location for the general meeting.
The declaration came after Ingwe finished as league runners-up in the 2026 Football Kenya Premier League campaign. Ingwe finished second to eventual champions Gor Mahia, who officially became the new champions on May 24, 2026.
The election comes exactly a year after the club’s new chairman Boniface Ambani was elected to office along with the new leadership team, taking over from Dan Shikanda.,
