MP Elijah Kururia pays tribute to Ben Kiengei in heartfelt message

Member of Parliament Elijah Kururia has sent warm birthday wishes to Bishop Ben Kiengei, marking a special milestone in their lives.
In a heartfelt message shared on his official Facebook account on Thursday, January 22, 2026, Kururia celebrated Kiengei as he turns 40 years old today.
He further wished him God’s grace and favour.
In addition, the vocal MP revealed that he, too, alongside several of his friends, including the Bishop, has now entered the fourth floor.
“Happy Birthday Bishop Ben…2026 is the year me and my several friends are turning 40 years old. Happy Birthday, my age-mate, My lord Bishop Guka wa Nairobi Muthee Kiengei, as you turn 40 years, today. May God add you more grace and favour,” Kururia wrote.
Kururia added a personal note about their enduring friendship, assuring him that they will never fight again.
“From today, as we enter the 4th floor, we will renew our friendship and will never fight again. Rika na nyumba itiumanagwo.Hallelujah. Much respect,” he added.
Kiengei at 40
This comes as Kiengei expressed gratitude while celebrating his 40th birthday with a touching tribute in which he reflected on the purpose of his life and service to God.
Taking to his social media pages, the preacher shared a prayerful message revealing how he prepared for the day.
He revealed that the days preceding his birthday were marked with prayer and fasting as he dedicated his 40 years of life to God.
“God…With all I have in me, I dedicate my 40 years in this life to you, under my 40 days in prayer and fasting, in the brokenness and finding the face of hope…here I meet my 40th birthday…” Kiengei stated.
The founder of Jesus Compassion Ministries (JCM) prayed for God’s protection and guidance as he continues in his journey of salvation.
“As I begin a new journey of walking the 4th Grace, continue walking with me, hold me right and tight, light my path, protect me from every evil decision, and restore the joy of my salvation. As you direct my compassionate spirit towards humanity, God… guide my true sense in serving you with all my soul and with all that I have,” he added.
“Thank you, God, for this new gift of life…. Happy Happy Birthday, BISHOP BEN Askofu wa watu woteeeee at 40. 11th day of prayer and fasting ….”
