Tileh Pacbro’s hair transplant doctor issues update 6 months after he underwent the procedure
By Steve Ireri, February 26, 2026Six months after undergoing a hair transplant procedure, Kenyan content creator Tileh Pacbro is showing significant progress, according to his doctor, who shared a detailed update on his recovery and results.
The specialist, speaking in a video shared on TikTok on Thursday, February 26, 2026, noted that Tileh can now comfortably rub and comb his hair, an early sign that the transplant is taking hold successfully.
“Morning, today we have Tileh here, six months after he underwent the procedure, and he can now rub his hair. It’s an amazing transformation; you can now even comb his hair,” he said.
According to the doctor, the goal of a hair transplant goes beyond simply implanting hair.
He emphasised that achieving a natural look is the most important outcome, and in Tileh’s case, the procedure has so far met that standard. The hairline has blended well, giving a realistic appearance rather than an artificial one.
“Hair transplant is about achieving naturalness, not just planting the hair alone. You have to look very natural after the process,” he added.

He also highlighted the importance of the donor area, the part of the scalp from which hair follicles are extracted.
In Tileh’s procedure, this area has remained healthy, with hair continuing to grow normally.
The doctor confirmed that proper protocols were followed, including avoiding over-harvesting, which can damage the donor region and affect overall results.
“So the hairline is very okay, and then there is the donor area, where we removed the hair from one part and put it in the other. For him, the donor area has remained the same, and the hair is still growing there very well and naturally. So the donor area protocol was observed very well; there was no overharvesting,” he added.
A strong donor area is critical for a successful transplant, the medic added, noting that Tileh’s outcome reflects careful planning and execution during the procedure.
While the progress at six months is promising, the doctor clarified that the transplant has not yet reached full maturity. Complete results are expected between eight months and one year after the procedure, when the hair will be fully grown and thicker.
“For a successful hair transplant, you require a very, very good donor area, and that’s why it now looks all natural. The full maturity will be in about eight months to one year, and that is when it will be fully grown,” he shared.
