Stevo Simple Boy sends advice to Dem Wa Facebook following pregnancy announcement

Fast-rising rapper Stevo Simple Boy has moved to advise comedienne Millicent Ayuwa, popularly known as Dem Wa Facebook, following her pregnancy announcement.

Speaking in an interview shared on TikTok on Monday, February 2, 2026, which was recorded during gospel musician Eko Dydda’s album launch held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, the singer expressed cautious optimism about the news.

He said it was good news that Dem Wa Facebook is expecting a child, but added that he hoped the pregnancy was within the bounds of marriage.

“I would say it is good news that she is pregnant, but about the pregnancy, I hope she did not get it outside of marriage because it should be inside marriage and not with an outsider,” Stevo said.

Eko Dydda’s friend

Further, Stevo spoke warmly about his friendship with Eko Dydda, revealing that he was a big fan of the gospel musician back when he was living in Kibera.

He recalled a particular Eko Dydda song, John 3:16, which he loved deeply.

“When I was living in Kibera back then, there was one particular song from Eko Dydda that I loved so much,” he said.

“At that time, Eko was the only legit gospel hip-hop artist. There was no one else.”

Steve then revealed that while some may not know, he is a gospel hip-hop artiste and a committed Christian who has accepted Christ.

He clarified that he has not changed his signature music genre to shift into hip-hop, explaining that he has always been an artiste who comfortably works across different genres, including hip-hop, whenever the need arises.

“So now I think he will have a bit of competition because I am also a gospel hip-hop artiste. I know many people did not know that. It’s not like I change the genres I am in by day, not really. People do not know it, but I am a saved Christian who has accepted Christ,” he said.

Speaking further about Eko Dydda, Steve had nothing but praise. He described the gospel musician as a legend, expressing pride in his contributions to the gospel and hip-hop scene.

“Eko Dydda is a legend, and I am proud of him,” he said.

Dem Wa Facebook made headlines earlier last week when she flaunted an all-grown baby bump in a stunning maternity shoot, describing the pregnancy as a deeply personal and long-awaited blessing.

In a statement shared on Friday, January 30, 2026, she reflected on the arrival of this chapter in her life as an answered prayer. She described it as a gift she does not take lightly, expressing gratitude for growth, grace, and life itself.

“I’ve always believed that some blessings arrive quietly, long before the world is ready to see them. This is one of mine. What you see today is not a surprise to my heart; it’s a prayer I carried, whispered, and trusted God with,” she said at the time.
