Shorn Arwa explains why she and her sister are no longer creating content together

Content creator Shorn Arwa has explained why she and her sister are no longer creating content together, saying their journey has changed over time.
On Monday, April 20, 2026, during a QnA session, she said the situation has raised many questions, but she wants to make it clear that what people think is not accurate. She explained that their bond still exists even as their paths shift.
“This has easily been the most asked question lately,” Shorn Arwa said.
She explained that many people have created their own stories about the situation. She said those stories do not reflect the real situation between her and her sister. She added that she wants people to understand there is more to their relationship than what is seen online.
“Believe me when I say: whatever narrative you’ve heard is far from the truth,” Shorn Arwa said.

She said that beyond content creation, their relationship is rooted in family. She explained that being sisters comes before everything else they do. She added that their connection is deeper than the videos they used to share.
“Beyond being creators, we are sisters, and beyond being sisters, we are human beings with different perspectives, goals, and values,” Shorn Arwa said.
Growing apart and choosing different paths
She explained that as they grow, their priorities and directions have changed. She said this has made it harder for them to continue working in the same way as before. She added that it is a natural part of life for people to move in different directions.

“As we grow, we’ve realised that our paths won’t always align,” Shorn Arwa said.
She said their relationship, like any other, has its own challenges. She explained that these challenges are something they are working through carefully. She added that they prefer to keep these matters away from the public.
“Just like anyone else, our relationship faces its own struggles, and we’re navigating that as privately as possible,” Shorn Arwa said.
She explained that the decision to stop creating content together does not mean the end of their bond. She said it reflects a change in how they are choosing to move forward. She added that they are focusing on handling their relationship in a way that works for both of them.
