Kenyan actress and content creator Sandra Dacha has given her followers a glimpse into her fitness journey after sharing a series of posts from her morning workout on Monday, September 14, 2026.

Dacha posted a video of herself jogging in the morning, accompanied by the statement, Sio rahisi guys,” as she appeared to acknowledge the effort required to stay committed to a fitness routine.

She later shared details from her workout before posting a picture showing her progress in the mirror.

Dacha records more than 14,000 steps

The fitness tracker also showed 628 kcal in resting energy and 572 kcal in active energy, offering a glimpse into the level of activity she recorded during the day.

The figures showed that her morning routine went beyond a brief jog, with the distance covered reflecting a significant amount of movement.

For people looking to become more active, walking and running can provide accessible ways to incorporate exercise into a daily routine. Tracking steps and distance can also help individuals monitor their activity and maintain consistency.

Nothing comes easy

Dacha’s posts appeared to focus on the work behind physical progress rather than simply showcasing the results.

After sharing her workout details, she posted a mirror picture showing her progress, giving her followers a visual look at the changes she has been working towards.

Her earlier message, Sio rahisi guys,” was followed by another reminder that “nothing comes easy,” highlighting the discipline and consistency involved in reaching personal fitness goals.

While fitness trackers can help people monitor steps, distance and energy expenditure, individual results vary. Sustainable routines, adequate rest and gradually building activity levels can help people stay consistent without placing unnecessary pressure on themselves.

Dacha’s update ultimately serves as a reminder that visible progress often comes after repeated effort, with small daily actions contributing to longer-term fitness goals.
