Content creator Pritty Vishy has clarified why she is the female version of revered Tanzanian Bongo Flava icon Rajabu Abdulkahali Ibrahim, popularly known as Harmonize.

Speaking during an interview with Kalondu Musyimi on Saturday, January 31, 2026, Vishy explained that people have been comparing her to Harmonize since she first emerged on social media, alongside comparisons to other prominent figures such as Mwai Kibaki.

She said she welcomes the comparisons, particularly when they involve successful personalities, as they signal that greater achievements lie ahead for her.

“They’ve actually been comparing me to Harmonize since I came on social media. People have been comparing me to Kibaki and others to Harmonize. But I don’t mind, because when they compare me with people who are well established, it means that there is big success ahead of me,” Vishy said.

When asked about alleged interactions with Harmonize and reactions that ensued after she received a direct message from him, Vishy clarified that she was not upset.

She pointed out that there is no certainty that the responses seen online came from the singer himself, suggesting they could have been AI-generated or edited.

“I did not feel bad about the way he responded to me, because you are not even sure if he was the one who replied. Are you 100 per cent sure?” she added.

Vishy firmly stated that she does not consider herself friends with Harmonize and declined to comment on whether they have ever spoken privately, noting that she has become more cautious in answering such questions.

“As long as you are not completely sure it was him, you cannot say for certain. I cannot really say. You almost made me reveal too much. We are not friends, and I will not respond to whether we have spoken before. In the past, you would trick me into answering such questions, but now I am sharp,” she shared.

Addressing the question of resemblance, Vishy confidently hailed herself as the female version of Harmonize, praising his looks and popularity while asserting that she too attracts admiration.

She said that while Harmonize is admired by many women, she similarly commands attention from men, and she considers the comparison flattering.

“I think I am the female version of Harmonize, and it’s cool. He is human and handsome, and he is every woman’s pick, just like I am every man’s pick,” Vishy said.

The conversation later touched on lighter topics, including Valentine’s Day plans. Vishy revealed that she does not have any specific plans for the occasion, stating she will simply remain available without particular arrangements.

“I don’t have any plans for Valentine’s. I am just here,” she responded.
