Content creator Maureen Waititu has shared how faith and consistency played a key role in changing her life, saying she has already paid her dues and is now focused on growth and healing.

She explained that her journey has been about rebuilding her mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health while continuing to show up every day. She said this process has helped her rebrand herself and move forward with purpose.

“I have rebranded, I am growing and glowing as I already paid my dues,” she said on Monday, April 27, 2026.

She explained that she often shares lighter and less serious moments from her life because they reflect how far she has come. She added that these moments are part of her healing and a way to stay consistent with herself. She said showing up daily has helped her stay grounded and focused on her progress.

“I keep sharing these not ‘so serious’ parts of my journey and fun moments because I know that someone somewhere gets motivated to keep going,” she explained.

Steady growth through faith

She said her journey has not been easy, but faith has helped her stay strong through difficult times. She explained that believing in herself and trusting the process allowed her to rebuild her life step by step. She added that consistency has also been important in helping her maintain the progress she has made.

“I know that someone somewhere gets motivated to keep going, seeing how far I’ve come in regaining my overall mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health,” she said.

She urged people not to give up on themselves, saying negative thoughts can hold someone back if they are not careful. She explained that people should challenge those thoughts and keep believing that change is possible. She added that as long as someone is alive, there is still a chance to turn things around.

“So, I don’t know who needs to hear this, but whatever you do, don’t let that little voice in your mind deceive you into thinking that you are not worthy,” she said.

She continued to encourage others to hold on to faith and keep pushing forward. She explained that activating faith can lead to unexpected change and growth. She said the journey may take time, but it is never too late to start again.
