IShowSpeed sets new milestone after streaming across 5 Caribbean countries in one day

Popular American streamer IShowSpeed continued to push the limits of livestream content creation after visiting and streaming from more than five countries in a single day during his ongoing Caribbean tour.

The high-energy YouTuber, whose real name is Darren Jason Watkins Jr., stunned fans after confirming that he had successfully moved across multiple island nations within hours, marking one of the most intense stretches of his global streaming journey.

During the record-setting day, IShowSpeed travelled through several Caribbean territories, including St Maarten, Saint Martin (French side), Dominica, Guadeloupe, and St Kitts and Nevis, all within a single day while broadcasting live to his millions of followers.

Overwhelmed by the achievement, the streamer admitted he could hardly believe what he had accomplished, describing the experience as surreal.

“Five countries in one day. I cannot believe that I did it. To be honest, I cannot believe it,” he said during the livestream on Wednesday, April 29, 2026.

Despite concerns from fans after he appeared visibly exhausted and close to passing out during the broadcast, IShowSpeed reassured viewers that he was in good health, attributing his condition to fatigue from a demanding schedule.

“I also want to confirm that I am good despite appearing like I was passing out. I don’t want to get you all worried. It’s because we’ve had a heavy week, my body is just being weird now, but I am perfectly fine,” he said.

He added that he would temporarily end the livestream to rest, while expressing his deep enjoyment of the Caribbean experience.

“For now, I will have to close the live. Chat, I love you all. But at this point I don’t even want to go back home. I love it here in the Caribbean to the extent I don’t want to leave. I am having fun every day,” he added.

The milestone came just a day after another packed travel schedule, where he had streamed from St Lucia and St Vincent and the Grenadines, further showcasing the pace and ambition of the tour.

Earlier in the week, the streamer had also visited Barbados, where he went viral after knocking on the door of global superstar Rihanna in a moment that quickly spread across social media platforms.

Before that, his Caribbean journey had taken him through Grenada and Trinidad and Tobago, where he officially kicked off the regional livestream series following the conclusion of his highly successful African tour.

Whirlwind tours

IShowSpeed’s Caribbean tour comes just days after he concluded his widely followed African tour, which saw him travel across more than 20 countries in 28 days.

The streamer announced the Caribbean leg of his journey on April 25, 2026, revealing that the tour would feature livestreams across multiple island nations including Antigua and Barbuda, the Bahamas, Barbados, Dominica, the Dominican Republic, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Puerto Rico, Sint Maarten, St Kitts and Nevis, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

The livestream series, broadcast on his YouTube channel, was designed to continue his global engagement with fans following the success of his “Speed Does Africa” tour.

During the African tour, IShowSpeed attracted massive crowds in several countries including Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa, among others.

His visit to Kenya stood out after he received a warm reception in Nairobi, even drawing attention from William Ruto, who welcomed him and invited him to experience the country’s culture.

The tour also marked key personal milestones for the streamer, including celebrating his 21st birthday in Nigeria and surpassing 50 million subscribers on YouTube.
