‘I’m scared to eat unhealthy again’ – Gloria Ntazola opens up on painful liposuction
By Valerian Khakayi, March 17, 2026Internet sensation and beauty entrepreneur Gloria Ntazola has candidly opened up about her experience with liposuction and life after the cosmetic surgery.
Taking to her official Instagram account on Sunday, March 16, 2026, Ntazola revealed that the procedure was far more painful than she expected and has completely changed her approach to health and lifestyle.
Reflecting on the surgery, Ntazola did not hold back, describing the recovery process as intense and overwhelming.
According to her, the pain she endured after undergoing liposuction on her stomach left a lasting impression.

Post-lipo care
In addition, the vocal internet sensation revealed that rather than relying on surgical solutions, she now prioritises maintaining a healthier lifestyle to avoid repeating the ordeal.
“I did lipo on my stomach, and it was so painful I’m scared to eat unhealthy food because I don’t want to go through that pain,” Ntazola wrote.
Her experience serves as both a cautionary tale and a reminder that lasting results often come from consistent lifestyle changes rather than temporary solutions.

Cosmetic surgery
This comes months after Ntazola said that she spent a whopping Ksh900,000 on cosmetic surgery during a recent trip to Nigeria.
Taking to her Instagram stories on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, Ntazola shared a detailed breakdown of her expenses on Instagram, giving her followers a glimpse into the cost of beauty abroad.
She explained that the trip included a flight and visa that cost Ksh285,000, while her hotel stay for four days in the upscale Banana Island area was Ksh47,000 per night.
The surgery itself was Ksh900,000, and she spent 16 days in hospital aftercare, paying Ksh 13,000 per night. Additional expenses, including shopping, personal items, and other utilities, amounted to over Ksh600,000, which Ntazola said reflected her tendency to spend freely.

“I’ll share with y’all everything you need to know. It’s affordable. Flight ticket visa 285k. Hotel where I stayed 4 days before surgery was paying 47k a night, that’s in Banana Island, it’s a bit expensive!! Surgery itself is 900k. Staying at the hospital for 16 days, after care you pay 13k per night. Other utilities, shopping and buying stuff and extra expenditures were over 600k because I’m a spendthrift,” Ntazola stated.
