Mosoria’s appeal
Nairobi County Chief Officer for Citizen Engagement and Customer Service, Geoffrey Mosiria was among the first to share the minor’s plight.

Mosiria appealed for swift intervention, noting that all children deserve dignity, love and care.
“SO SAD! I call upon the relevant officers and child protection agencies to urgently intervene and ensure this child gets justice and proper protection. Locking a child in a cage for seven years is inhumane, cruel, and completely unacceptable,” Mosiria stated.
