Kenyan comedian and media personality Sande Bush, alias Dr Ofweneke, has opened up about why he maintains strict boundaries when it comes to visitors in his home.

Speaking during a past interview with a local YouTuber, Ofweneke disclosed that his house is more than just a living space, it is his sanctuary.

He went on to say that he only does outdoor meetings, but he does not allow catching in his house.

“I feel my house is more of a man cave. I do not allow people into my house. Let us meet outside; let us have coffee, tea, but when it is time to go home, let everyone go back to their place,” Ofweneke revealed.

The media personality emphasised that his home is a sacred space, describing it as an altar where he connects with God.

“I am a firm believer that my house is my altar, a sacred space. From November 3 to December 3, I was in a moment of prayer and am at a place where my whole house is full of grace is full of the presence of God,” he added.

In addition, the stand-up comedian added that he is not willing to let any outside influence disrupt the spiritual atmosphere he has cultivated.

“I am not willing to let another spirit come and contaminate what Good and I have worked on,” he stated.

Personality

Dr Ofweneke further revealed that he is not an extrovert and, contrary to what people think, noted that he is a completely closed-off person.

He explained that there is a distinction between his public persona, Dr Ofweneke, which people enjoy and consume, and his private persona, Sunday Bush, who sometimes just wants to retreat to his own world.

“I am not an extrovert, as people think I am a totally closed-in person, there are times I just cave in,” Ofweneke disclosed.

“For me, there is Dr Ofweneke and then there is Sunday Bush. Ofweneke is what you guys enjoy and consume, but behind Ofweneke, there is a persona, Sunday Bush, who really a times, wants to go back to his world.”
