The revelation came after a fan asked the influencer on her Instagram on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, whether a dentist had removed the teeth.
“Corazon his incisors all at once? Or it’s the dentist you mean you removed, who advised?” Fan asked.
What transpired
In her response, Kwamboka questioned why she would remove his teeth, adding that they fell out on their own.
She went on to say that the upper ones were already weak and came out at school while they were playing.
The influencer further disclosed that the other ones he lost were after he was involved in a fistfight.
“Why would I remove his teeth? They fell out on their own! The top ones were already weak, one came out at school while they were playing, and the other… let’s just say there was a small WWE situation with Koko, and it didn’t survive the match,” Kwamboka responded.
In addition, the mother of two admitted she was genuinely shocked, noting that most children start losing their baby teeth around age six or seven.
“I was honestly shocked because he’s only 5. I even googled it and saw that most kids start losing baby teeth at 6/7,” she added.
Despite the unexpected dental milestone, the influencer reassured followers that her son was fine and in good spirits, turning what could have been a worrying moment into a funny and memorable parenting story.
