You made me a better man: Eric Omondi pens heartfelt tribute to daughter

Taking to social media on Thursday, August 6, 2026, the proud father described Kyla as the reason behind everything he does, saying she has transformed his life for the better.
Eric further expressed gratitude to God for blessing him with a daughter.
“My Love. You are the reason I do EVERYTHING I DO. May GOD WATCH OVER YOU. May He grant you the best life has to offer. You have Definitely made me a better man. You have brought out the finest version of me as a person and I’ll forever be grateful to God for bringing you my way.HAPPY BIRTHDAY PRINCESS. DADDY LOVES YOU @kyla.omondi,” Eric wrote.
Alongside the touching message, the comedian shared adorable photos of Kyla during her birthday photoshoot, with fans and fellow celebrities joining him in wishing the little girl a happy birthday.

Eric’s partner and Kyla’s mother, Lynne Njihia, also marked the special occasion with an emotional tribute dedicated to their daughter.
In her message, Lynne described Kyla as the love of her life and thanked God for the privilege of being her mother.
“Kyla Hailey Omondi. The love of my life. As you turn three years old today, I pray for nothing but God’s grace, endless blessings and His light to guide you every step of your life. I pray that He continues to lead, protect and bless us as we raise you with all the love in our hearts,” she wrote.
She added that motherhood has been the greatest blessing in her life and that watching Kyla grow has brought her immense joy.
“Being your mum has been the greatest blessing, and I’m forever grateful that God chose me for this beautiful role. Watching you grow has been the greatest joy of my life. My biggest blessing, my angel, my Momo. Alles Gute zum Geburtstag, meine Liebe. Ich liebe dich so sehr,” she added.
