Tr Cillah’s video dancing with George Ruto hits 2.6M views as her TikTok page garners 15M likes

The video was originally posted on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, and captures the moment George and Cillah walked between students at Westlands Primary School, dancing and waving as pupils erupted into cheers.
In the video, Teacher Cillah dances energetically while walking side by side with the First Son, as George also makes a few subtle moves while waving at the students who could not contain their excitement as the two made their way through the school.
So far, the video has garnered 458,500 likes, 8,970 comments and 11,600 saves, making it one of the best-performing videos on the platform for the widely adored teacher.
The impressive performance comes as Teacher Cillah’s entire TikTok page hits another remarkable milestone, with her videos having collectively amassed a whopping 15.2 million likes.
Teacher Cillah, who has enjoyed several viral moments on the platform, currently commands an impressive 653,200 followers, while she follows a comparatively modest 881 accounts.
Other videos she posted from her encounter with George also performed strongly, with one capturing the moment the First Son entered her classroom, amassing 1.6 million views, while another clip from the visit has so far garnered 949,000 views.
The string of high-performing videos has further propelled the teacher’s already formidable presence on TikTok, with her content from the encounter with George accounting for millions of views within just days of being posted.
School encounter
George’s visit came after he honoured an earlier vow to work with and support the popular educationist, who had been trending over her openly expressed and flirtatious advances towards him.
Their arrival immediately sent excitement sweeping across the school grounds, with students scampering across the field and erupting into cheers as the two made their way towards the podium while dancing and appearing to be in exceptionally high spirits.
The afternoon had, however, started inside the classroom where Teacher Cillah teaches, with George first taking time to interact with the learners before the event moved outside.
In videos shared online, he is seen moving from one desk to another and engaging individual learners in conversation as Cillah followed closely, taking him around the classroom and giving him a glimpse into what a typical school day looked like for her pupils.
The learners, who were dressed in green and red tracksuits, responded enthusiastically to some of the questions George asked, with the classroom occasionally breaking into applause whenever he addressed them.
The classroom interaction later gave way to the entertainment session, where an MC invited George and Cillah to the front and challenged them to join the students in attempting the dance moves he was demonstrating.
The two embraced the moment and showed off their moves, with their dancing sending the learners into even louder cheers as the afternoon descended into an animated display of music, dancing and celebration.
The students were also given an opportunity to step forward and showcase their own talents, while hired DJs kept the atmosphere lively by playing some of Kenya’s latest tunes.
