TikToker Hilda undergoes cosmetic surgery

TikToker Hilda, popularly known as Online Bestie, has shared that she has undergone cosmetic surgery.
In a video posted on her social media pages, including YouTube on Saturday, July 18, 2026, Hilda documented the journey from preparing for the procedure to her recovery after the operation, saying she would keep her followers updated throughout the process.
“The day is finally here, nime postpone but the day is finally here so, let me tell you what I am going to get, ama niwache ikue siri? This is my body now. See how we are looking? We are going to reduce boobs and remove this tummy area, and so that is how I am looking now. I will keep you updated. Am I nervous? Just a bit. My surgery is scheduled at 2 pm,” Hilda said.
She explained that she had delayed the procedure before finally deciding to go ahead with it. Hilda also showed her body before the surgery and shared that the operation would involve a breast reduction and the removal of fat from her tummy area.
Hilda shares surgery journey
Later, Hilda recorded another video after arriving at the hospital as she waited for the procedure. She explained that she had not eaten for several hours because she was preparing for the surgery and admitted that she was feeling hungry while waiting for the scheduled time.
“It is like a few hours to my procedure. I haven’t eaten since like 4 am. I am hungry. Am I anxious? Not really. No pain, no gain,” Hilda said.
After the surgery, Hilda shared another update, saying she was happy with the decision she had made. She explained that she had no regrets about undergoing the procedure and expressed confidence in the outcome as she continued with her recovery.
“I have no room for regrets. I just know from deep down I know I love how I look,” Hilda said.
Hilda did not share further details about the procedure in the video, but she confirmed that the surgery had been completed. She also indicated that she would continue updating people on her recovery journey in the days ahead.
