The Kardashian-Jenner family is returning for another season of The Kardashians, with the latest trailer offering a look at new relationships, family conversations and a health scare involving Kim Kardashian.
Season 8 of the reality series is set to premiere on October 8, 2026, on Hulu, with new episodes released every Thursday. It will also be available internationally on Disney+.
The new season brings back Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian Barker, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, and Kylie Jenner as they deal with changes in their personal lives while continuing with their businesses and other projects.
Kim Kardashian opens up about health scare
One of the more personal moments in the trailer comes from Kim, who reveals that she has been diagnosed with esophagitis, a condition that causes inflammation of the lining of the oesophagus.
The health issue appears to have been particularly emotional for Kim because of her late father, Robert Kardashian Sr., who died from oesophageal cancer in 2003.
In the trailer, Kim discusses the diagnosis while reflecting on her father’s death. “I have something called esophagitis. Isn’t that what your father died from?” Kim says in the trailer.
The trailer shows Kim becoming emotional as she speaks about the diagnosis.
Her revelation comes as the family continues to share more personal parts of their lives on the reality series, which has followed the Kardashian-Jenner family through major changes over the years.
Kendall addresses Cara Delevingne dating rumours
Kendall Jenner also finds herself discussing a long-running rumour about her relationship with model and close friend Cara Delevingne. The two have been friends for years, and speculation about their relationship has previously circulated online.
In the new trailer, Kendall directly addresses the claims and says the two did not date. “There’s definitely a rumour that Cara and I dated, which is not true,” Kendall says.
The conversation then takes a lighter turn when Kendall discusses the subject with Delevingne herself, joking about the possibility of the two becoming romantically involved.
The moment gives viewers a glimpse of how the new season will also explore the family’s personal relationships and the attention surrounding their private lives.
Khloé talks about being single
Khloé Kardashian is also seen speaking about her relationship status in the trailer. After her previous relationship with Tristan Thompson, with whom she shares two children, Khloé says she is single and appears open to meeting someone new.
“I’m single. I might be ready to mingle,” she says. Her storyline is expected to explore life after her previous relationship while she focuses on her family and other parts of her life.
Kourtney focuses on family
Kourtney Kardashian Barker, meanwhile, appears to be in a different stage of life. The eldest Kardashian sister says her children remain her main focus and that she is happy with where she is.
“My biggest priority right now is my kids, and I’m very happy with my life,” Kourtney says in the trailer. The season will also follow Kris, Kylie, and the rest of the family as they navigate relationships, work, and changes in their personal lives.

Season 8 will focus on love, reinvention, and what comes next for the family.
The official description says the family will balance their businesses with more personal matters, including new relationships, healing old wounds, and becoming more independent.
