Tesoti calls out Massawe Japanni over personal questions asked during radio interview
By Paulette Mboga, September 26, 2026Digital creator Tesoti has called out Massawe Japanni over personal questions she was asked during a radio interview, saying the presenter caught her off guard with questions about her virginity and family.
Tesoti said she was not informed about the questions beforehand and had to respond to them as they came up during the interview.
Speaking about the experience, Tesoti said she even described Massawe as a rage baiter after the interview. She questioned why a radio presenter would ask a guest about such a personal matter, especially when the questions were not shared in advance.
“Let’s talk about Massawe Japanni. That woman, when I had an interview with her yesterday, I even called her a rage baiter. I told her you rage baited the…out of me,” Tesoti said on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
Tesoti explained that she was surprised when Massawe asked her about her first time. She questioned the decision to bring up such a personal topic during a radio interview, saying she had not expected to be asked about it.
“How do you go on a radio station and someone asks you when did you lose your virginity? I wonder, when did radio…” Tesoti said.
Tesoti questions the interview approach
Tesoti said the interview questions were not shared with her before the session. She explained that the presenter had contacted her through direct messages, but she was not told what she would be asked during the interview.
“Mind you, they DM you; they don’t tell you about the questions you are going to be asked; now you have to be quick with them,” Tesoti said.
She added that the questions went beyond her personal experiences and touched on her family and background. Tesoti said she tried to dismiss some of the questions as they came up, explaining that she does not usually discuss her family on social media.
“So now when the questions were being popped, she asked about my family, she asked about my …more like my background check, and I was dismissing it,” Tesoti said.
Tesoti said her decision to keep her family out of her social media content was part of the reason she questioned the line of questioning during the interview. She explained that she was not comfortable with the direction the conversation had taken.
She ended her remarks by questioning Massawe’s approach during the interview, saying she was left wondering about the presenter’s intentions after the personal questions.
“So now I am wondering, what’s up with Massawe?” Tesoti said.
