Stevo Simple Boy steals show at Vurugu 2 with dragon-inspired outfit

In a video shared on his Instagram page on Saturday, June 20, 2026, the singer is seen entering the arena through the main entrance, instantly drawing attention from fans and attendees who turned to catch a glimpse of his unusual fashion statement.
The rapper’s arrival quickly became one of the early talking points of the event as excited fans gathered around him, with many cheering and pointing towards his outfit.
Several attendees were also seen pulling out their phones to record videos and take photos as the musician confidently walked into the venue.
Stevo appeared relaxed and in high spirits as he entered, waving back at supporters as the cheers grew louder around him.
Fashion statement
The eye-catching outfit featured a huge white jacket designed to resemble a dragon.
The oversized jacket included six arm-like extensions, consisting of two main sleeves and four additional shorter limbs positioned around the stomach area to mimic the appearance of a dragon’s legs.

The unique design gave the outfit a fantasy-inspired appearance that stood out among the crowd gathered for the boxing spectacle.
Stevo paired the jacket with a bold red headpiece that resembled a balaclava but featured large protruding horns on top, further enhancing the dragon-inspired theme.
Completing the look was a pair of baggy white jorts decorated with silver embellishments that added to the flashy and theatrical presentation.
Vurugu 2 boxing
Vurugu 2 combines professional boxing, celebrity exhibition matches and live music performances, making it one of the biggest entertainment events on Kenya’s social calendar.
The fight card has generated significant buzz due to the rivalries involved and the mix of social media personalities, musicians, athletes and professional fighters stepping into the ring.
The headline attraction is the much-publicised showdown between Kenyan musician Arrow Bwoy and Ugandan socialite Shakib Cham, the recently estranged husband of Zari Hassan.
Other notable bouts on the card include a clash between content creators Gachau Njoroge and Fidphil Castro, a professional contest featuring Kenyan boxing legend Fatuma Zarika against Tanzanian fighter Najma Isike, and a redemption fight involving internet personality Mbavu Destroyer, who stepped in after Vurugu 1 champion Majembe withdrew from the event following a contract dispute.
Additional fights scheduled for the night include Alfayo vs Mbalimbali, Munaswar vs Mr Clear The Air, Isack Chaka vs S. Omoit, Stephen Olang vs Andrew Ojuang, Chris Milano vs Jacob Mahindu, Azaad Nasir vs Bernard Achoki, Dalmas Kyalo vs Solomon Muli, and Rogers Otieno vs Ramadhani Ally.
The event opened its gates at 2:00 p.m., with the first bell scheduled for 3:00 p.m. Tickets were sold in multiple categories, ranging from ordinary access tickets priced at Ksh2,000 to exclusive VVIP tables costing Ksh200,000 and offering bottle service, private seating and backstage access.
