Content creator Sandy Kahush has urged people to address personal disagreements directly instead of repeatedly taking their grievances to social media.

In a voice note shared on Wednesday, September 2, 2026, Kahush questioned the habit of people repeatedly posting about situations involving individuals who have upset or disappointed them.

Her remarks centred on the need for people to communicate with those they have issues with rather than making social media users an audience to their personal conflicts.

Talk to the person

Kahush appeared frustrated by people who repeatedly share stories about personal disagreements online, especially when the person at the centre of the issue can be approached directly.

She urged those with grievances to speak to the individuals involved instead of making several posts about the same situation.

The content creator questioned why people choose to repeatedly narrate their frustrations online rather than have a conversation with the person they claim has wronged them.

Her comments reflect a common trend on social media, where relationship problems, fallouts and disagreements are sometimes shared publicly through posts that can attract thousands of reactions and comments.

Repeated posts

Kahush also expressed her frustration with people who repeatedly share similar stories online.

Unatuchokesha. Unarepeat the same same stories 24/7,” she said.

She further appeared to take issue with posts centred on heartbreak and broken trust, referencing the familiar narrative of someone saying, “Oh, I trusted you, broke my heart.”

For Kahush, repeatedly sharing such grievances does not necessarily resolve the problem and can instead leave followers having to consume the same story over and over again.

Keep personal issues personal

Her remarks come amid a culture where social media has increasingly become a place for people to document personal experiences, including friendship fallouts, relationship problems and disagreements.

While sharing personal experiences can sometimes help people find support, repeatedly posting about an unresolved conflict can also invite outsiders into an issue that may be better handled privately.

Kahush’s message was therefore a call for direct communication. Instead of posting repeatedly about someone who has caused them hurt or frustration, she encouraged people to reach out to the person involved and address the issue.

Her comments ultimately point to a simple approach to personal disagreements: if you have a problem with someone, talk to them rather than making the same complaint repeatedly online.
