Prince Indah celebrates birthday with special tribute to wife

The singer reflected on his growth while marking another year of his life and celebrating how far he has come.
Indah said his journey has been shaped by perseverance, hard work and grace. He explained that the challenges and happy moments he has experienced have all played a part in his growth and taught him important lessons along the way.
“Looking back today, I see a journey built on perseverance, hard work and grace,” Prince Indah said on Sunday, August 9, 2026.
The singer said his birthday is also a chance to reflect on his vision and how far it has come. He explained that celebrating his birthday is a reflection of his journey and where he hopes to go next.
“Through all the challenges and all the happiness, every step has been worth it and a strong lesson,” Prince Indah said.

Indah gave special recognition to Mama Cammy and his family as he marked his birthday. He thanked them for remaining by his side through different moments, highlighting the role they have played in his journey.
“Celebrating alongside #osiepeindah, today is a true reflection of how far my vision has come and where it’s heading,” Prince Indah said.
The singer then directly addressed his wife and family with a message of appreciation. He said their support has remained important to him through both difficult and good times.
“To my beloved wife Mama Cammy and my incredible family, thank you for standing by me through thick and thin,” Prince Indah said.
Indah said his birthday is about more than simply marking another year. He explained that the occasion also represents resilience, faith and growth as he looks back at his experiences.
“Today is not just a celebration of life; it is a celebration of resilience, faith and growth,” Prince Indah said.
The birthday comes after Prince Indah was ranked among Kenya’s top 10 most-watched Kenyan music acts on YouTube. The ranking was based on total lifetime views across official YouTube channels and placed him alongside the late John De’Mathew.
The recognition reflects the changing music landscape in Kenya, where vernacular and regional language musicians now feature alongside mainstream pop, gospel and Afro-R&B acts.
