Mbavu Destroyer challenges Majembe to face Somali Boxer or stay silent
By Steve Ireri, June 14, 2026Celebrity boxer Mbavu Destroyer has fired fresh verbal shots at fellow fighter Majembe, accusing him of avoiding a potential showdown with Somali Boxer and questioning his courage ahead of a possible fight.
Speaking in a TikTok video on Sunday, June 14, 2026, Mbavu said that karma never loses an address, directing the comment at Majembe in what appeared to be a continuation of rising tensions between the two personalities in the celebrity boxing scene.
“And I said karma never loses an address. Yes, that is for Majembe. Again, I have said that Majembe is like a female because I don’t understand how he can have such a huge behind,” he said.
He further launched personal remarks, alleging that Majembe appears fearful and unwilling to face certain opponents, particularly pointing to Somali Boxer, who has recently challenged his status in the sport.
“Also, why is he afraid to face the Somali boxer? That proves my point,” he added.

He warned that he is prepared for any confrontation, stating that those doubting his abilities will soon see what real men do when they step into the ring.
“I have also heard the Somali boxer claiming that Mbavu Destroyer is just a content creator and not a real boxer.
Now it is you and me. I will show what real men usually do. Don’t think I am like Majembe or those fearful types of boxers,” he said.
The boxer also directly challenged Majembe, telling him to prepare adequately ahead of a possible face-off, adding that he should improve his fitness, particularly his physique, in anticipation of their meeting in the ring.
“And to Majembe, go and reduce your back because when we face off, we will thrash it,” he added.
Close friends
Despite the back and forths, Majembe recently revealed that he still has love for his rival, Mbavu Destroyer, despite defeating him in their highly talked-about Vurugu boxing clash.
In a light-hearted TikTok exchange on Saturday, April 25, 2026, the two boxers went back and forth at each other while laughing, blending playful jabs with moments of mutual respect.
During the live session, Majembe addressed Mbavu in a friendly tone and expressed admiration for him even after their intense bout in the ring. He noted that although Mbavu lost the match, he still won the hearts of many fans.
“Mbavu, my brother, you should know I just like you. You lost the match, but you won our hearts,” he said.
Majembe went on to praise Mbavu and encouraged him to keep his head up, while also joking that he had not yet had the chance to host him properly.
He added that he would like to take Mbavu out in his car and spend some time together, a remark that left both of them laughing as they continued their playful exchange.
“Bro, big up. And also by the way, bro, I have not even carried you in my car. I should carry you and take you around,” he added.
