Lilian Ng’ang’a wants an app that picks her best photos and creates Reels

Former Machakos County First Lady Lilian Ng’ang’a has said that she is looking for an artificial intelligence app that can automatically select the best photos from her camera roll and turn them into a reel.
Lilian shared the request through her Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 30, 2026, saying she finds it tiring to go through the large number of photos stored on her phone.
“Is there an app which can choose good pics off the camera roll and curate them into a reel? Going through pics is exhausting.”
She added that she would be willing to train the app by explaining the kind of photos she likes so it can make better selections.
“I’m happy to brief it on what I consider good photos,” she added.
This comes days after she hinted that she could soon trade city life for the Kenyan Coast, revealing that she is seriously thinking about relocating.
The author shared the update with her followers through her Instagram Stories, where she admitted that the idea has been on her mind and that she already has plenty of questions about what life at the Coast is really like.
She also invited advice from people already living in the region.
“Actually considering moving to the Coast. Who lives here and can answer the many questions that I have about settling?” she wrote.
