Kendi celebrates arrival of baby boy after heartbreaking miscarriages

On Saturday, July 18, 2026, she shared the joyful news with an emotional message, saying the arrival of her son has changed her life and brought healing after a painful journey. Kendi also spoke about the meaning of finally becoming a parent.
“Welcome to the world, my little bff. My whole world changed in minutes when I saw and held our son; I understood what forever means,” Kendi said.
Kendi explained that holding her son for the first time filled her with a love she could not describe. She said she and her partner feel honoured to have been chosen as his parents after waiting a long time for this moment.
“The burst of love that I felt is unexplainable. He is the most handsome boy, and we are truly honoured by the fact he chose us to be his parents,” Kendi said.
Healing after painful loss
Kendi also reflected on the difficult road that led up to the birth of her son. She revealed that she had left the hospital many times without a baby because of miscarriages before finally welcoming her child.
“After walking out of the hospital severally empty handed due to miscarriages, finally God decided to show off through him,” Kendi said.
She also shared how one of her songs was inspired by that painful season. Kendi explained that Sitaleave was written while she and her partner were still recovering from the loss of their last pregnancy.
“Sitaleave is a song that will forever be so close to our hearts coz when we wrote it over a yr ago we were just healing from our last miscarriage which hit us so hard,” Kendi said.
Kendi added that Sitaleave, featuring Timmy Tdat, is now available on YouTube and other streaming platforms. She explained that the song carries a special meaning because it was created during one of the hardest moments in their lives.

The birth of her son marks a new chapter after years of loss and hope.
