Harry Styles receives Guinness World Record for longest Wembley Stadium run
Harry Styles has made history after being awarded a Guinness World Record for the longest run of concerts by a musician at Wembley Stadium. The British pop star completed 12 sold-out shows at the London venue during the UK leg of his Together, Together tour.
The 12-night run saw Styles break the previous record held by Coldplay, who performed 10 nights at Wembley Stadium in 2025. Guinness World Records adjudicator Will Munford said the achievement reflected the singer’s influence as a live performer and his strong bond with fans.
“Harry Styles’ record-breaking 12-date run is a testament to the scale, ambition and cultural impact of his live performances, as well as the incredible connection he has with his fans,” Munford said.
Wembley shows extended due to demand
Styles began the London dates on June 12, with the final concert taking place on Saturday before a crowd of about 80,000 people. The singer was initially scheduled to perform six shows at Wembley Stadium. However, more dates were added after tickets sold quickly.
Ahead of the final show, Wembley Stadium confirmed that it had put up a commemorative banner in honour of the singer’s new record. “12 shows. One record. A place in Wembley history,” the stadium wrote.
Styles has chosen London as the only UK stop on his current tour, with no concerts announced in other British cities.
Harry Styles remembers One Direction
During the final Wembley concert, Styles took time to remember his journey with former boy band One Direction.

The singer said he would not have reached the stage without the support and friendship of his former bandmates. “I wouldn’t be on this stage if it wasn’t for four friends of mine that were a massive part of this journey,” he told fans.
“I wanna thank Niall, Louis, Zayn and my dear friend Liam for these nights and everything that I learned in this time, the friendship, everything, none of this would be possible, I wouldn’t be here without you, thank you so much,” he added.
One Direction was formed in 2010 on the television talent show The X Factor. The group went on an indefinite break in 2016. Former band member Liam Payne died in 2024 at the age of 31.
‘Wembley means a lot to me’
Styles also reflected on his early years in music, noting that The X Factor was filmed near Wembley 16 years ago.
He said returning to the area brought back memories of the moment his life changed. “Sixteen years ago, just outside of this building, I was put into a band that changed my life. As I drive through this area, I’m flooded with memories from that time,” he said.
“Every time I have the privilege of returning to Wembley, it’s meant an incredibly great deal to me. Thank you so much,” he added.
Styles began his solo career in 2017 and has since won six Brit Awards, three Grammy Awards and two Ivor Novello Awards. His fourth studio album, Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally, was released in January.
The singer will now take his tour to Brazil, Mexico and the United States before concluding the shows in Australia in December.
