Bishop Kenphas Muturi has revealed another vehicle he hopes to acquire to support his mission of spreading the gospel across Kenya.

The Word of Truth Celebration Church leader, who recently appealed to well-wishers to help him get a car for his ministry, has now set his sights on a caravan.

Muturi shared photos of the vehicle on social media on Monday, August 17, 2026, explaining that it would help him travel to different counties as he pursues his vision of spreading the gospel.

After kupata kaprado, next ni hii.Mtu ako na hii anitafute haraka because I need to spread the gospel. It’s all for the work of God,” Muturi wrote.

He further shared a biblical reference to emphasise his faith that God would provide the vehicle.

“God used ravens to feed Elijah; he can still do it today,” he added.

Muturi said he is determined to take the gospel to every county and believes the caravan would help him achieve that goal.

“I am willing to spread the gospel of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ to every county; this caravan can help my vision come true. With God all things are possible,” he added.

Car appeal

His latest appeal comes days after the bishop asked well-wishers to help him acquire a car, saying reliable transport would make it easier for him to attend church meetings and other gospel engagements.

“The desire of my heart is to preach the gospel of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Pray for me; I seriously need a car,” he said.

“God bless you, my friends, for praying for me. I believe soon God will fulfil the desire of my heart. Mungu mbele, with God, all things are possible.”

The man of God also revealed that he sometimes walks to meetings and occasionally arrives late because of the lack of transport.

To support his initial appeal, Muturi shared a poster featuring the vehicle he hoped to acquire alongside a Paybill number for well-wishers willing to contribute towards the purchase.

He has continued to maintain that his request is driven by his desire to serve God and reach more people with the gospel, insisting that his faith in receiving the vehicle remains strong.
