He also expressed surprise at some musicians who choose to mix their careers with politics.
“I do not know why some artistes are mixing themselves with politics. Politics always comes with a lot of tricks. That is why I do not try to mix myself with politics, you will never see me in any of those,” Luciano said.
Luciano further noted that entering politics can divide an artiste’s fan base.

“When you get caught in politics, you basically split your fans because some of your fans may go against you,” he added.
In addition, the legendary singer added that if he were to get involved in politics, it would have to be a genuine movement that serves the people freely.
“If you get me involved in politics, you have to start one movement, free to people,” Luciano said.
