Comedian and internet personality Terence creative alias ‘Papa Fred’ who’s real name is Lawrence Macharia is among the few Kenyans who accompanied President Uhuru Kenyatta in his three day tour to South Africa.

In a Twitter post, Chief of Staff in the office of the President Nzioka Waita revealed that Terence joined the president for his role as the ambassador for KEPSA Kenya.

“Got to see Terence Creative in his element as a special ambassador for KEPSA promoting Kenya’s Arts & Culture at the #KenyaInSA business forum in Pretoria as part of President Kenyatta’s state visit to the Republic of South Africa!”

“Tuko Afrika Kusini, tukifanya biznez legit!” Waita tweeted.

On his page, Terence expressed gratitude for the opportunity to represent Kenya in South Africa noting that it was his first international tour.

Terence went viral with his ‘wash wash’ skits that saw him play ‘Papa Fred’

The video is a beautiful funny play that depicts how fraudulent deals and money laundering schemes are undertaken.

The videos came at a time when netizens were super curious about the dirty business thanks to blogger Edgar Obare who shared the exposè that roped in notable names of businessmen, politicians and celebrities.

Terence arguably becomes the biggest beneficiary of that for his well-curated acting skills and timely video that threw netizens into hysteria with most now incorporating his language in the skit including even politicians.
