CNN journalist Larry Madowo has once again stirred excitement online as he gushed over his long-term rumoured girlfriend Edith Kimani.
In a playful video posted to his TikTok account on Wednesday, January 22, 2025, the pair’s chemistry was on full display as Madowo affectionately complimented Edith.
“How would you rate your look today on a scale of 1 to 10?” Edith asked.
“I feel like this is a trap, coz you are looking better than me. You want people to come for me. I mean, look at that—fine girl, no pimples, no wrinkles. Never had a bad hair day,” he quipped, showering her with compliments as a smitten Edith laughed shyly.

During the Christmas holiday, the two spent some quality time together at Lake Victoria in Kisumu County.
Joined by a group of friends, the journalists seemed to be thoroughly enjoying themselves, and Larry did not hesitate to share the moments on his X account.
One post featured a photo of Madowo and Edith lovingly embracing on a boat.
“When you take the daughter of the mountain to the lake,” Madowo captioned images shared on X.
In another post, he shared a vibrant video of the two dancing to traditional Luo music, accompanied by the rhythmic drumming of their friends.
“Daughter of Kiambu goes to Kisumu, daughter of Kiambu loved Kisumu,” Madowo said.
For years, speculation about a possible romance between the two media personalities has persisted. Madowo and Kimani have never denied nor confirmed the rumours about being romantically involved, keeping their fans intrigued.
