Karen Nyamu caused a buzz on social media after she complained about her lover taking long to text her back.
In a satirical post, the UDA-nominated senator said her boyfriend nowadays takes a long time before he replies to her texts.
Nyamu added that her boyfriend told her that he is a stammer which is why he takes so long to reply to her texts.
She further joked she didn’t listen when people warned her.
“Nimeuliza chali yangu mbona ana take long kureply akaniambia yeye ni stammerer😂💔
kimeanza kuniramba, na mlikua mumeniwooon😆😆,” Karen Nyamu write on Facebook.
A curious netizen wondered why Karen Nyamu was not referring to her lover as her husband yet he was left for her.
“Sio husband tena na uliachiwa?” Irene Gatwiri asked Karen Nyamu.
In a quick rejoinder, Karen Nyamu laughed off Irene Gatwiri’s question and told her to stop ‘rushing’ her.
“Irene Gatwiri wacha kuniharakisha,” Karen Nyamu replied.
Edday left Samidoh
Karen Nyamu is in a relationship with her baby daddy Mugithi singer Samuel Muchoki, popularly known as Samidoh.
In a Facebook post on July 22, 2023, Samidoh’s wife Edday Nderitu clarified that she was not in a polygamous marriage, noting that she left her husband to ‘whoever needed him more’.
“Lemmie clarify few things that were shared online and not accurate…… I am not in any polygamous marriage as stated I left the husband for whoever needed him more,” Edday’s statement on Facebook read in part.
Edday moved to the US with all her children in early May 2023.
Before Edday made the statement, Karen Nyamu had in June 2023 bragged about how Samidoh was just left for her.
While responding to her fans on social media, Karen Nyamu said she was willing to share Samidoh but Edday left him for her nonetheless.
