Flaqo reacts to Kibe criticizing him for buying his girlfriend car

Kenyan comedian Flaqo has hit back at criticism from Andrew Kibe regarding his recent birthday surprise for his girlfriend, Keranta.

In a Q&A session on his Instagram, Flaqo clarified that while the video of the surprise was pre-planned, Keranta was not aware of the car surprise dismissing Kibe’s critics.

“Kife alisema mlipanga surprise ati sisi ndio mlitusurprise fact or no?” a fan asked.

“That was a very wrong analysis Omera buana… Its obvious we all planned a surprise for her youtube content, she knew cameras are rolling too for a surprise video… that is why she had sound and makeup on for her content unless mlitaka ashout kama ule msee wa ‘tunaanza usiku’ M, what she didn’t know is what the video is about… izi vitu ni obvious omera mmeanza kuniangusa bwana,” Flaqo responded.

Flaqo buys car

Flaqo surprised Keranta on Tuesday, October 3, when he presented her with a Nissan Note worth Ksh650,000 for her 22nd birthday.

The video shared on their respective Instagram accounts showed the couple starting the birthday celebrations with a picnic date before moving to a closed gate.

Flaqo led his girlfriend to the compound where the car had been parked.

Overwhelmed with excitement, Keranta jumped for joy and expressed her gratitude to her boyfriend.

“I am so happy. I thank God for blessing me. Thank you so much.”
