Emergency services called for Britney Spears as hotel guests fear mental breakdown

Britney Spears was seen barefoot and in tears in the middle of the night outside the Chateau Marmont Thursday, sparking concerns that’s she’s in the midst of a mental health crisis. 

The singer, 42, was pictured wrapped in a blanket, clutching a pillow, and partially dressed, as she was led outside to emergency services in the early hours of the morning.

Spears appeared distressed as she exited the hotel alongside her security team and her boyfriend, Paul Richard Soliz.

A fire truck, ambulance, and a man wheeling a stretcher carrying the star’s belongings were also spotted at the Hollywood hotel.

Spears reportedly did not get in the ambulance, and instead left with her security team and without her boyfriend.

A spokesman from the Los Angeles fire department, Brian Humphrey, confirmed: ‘Emergency services received a call at 12.42am with reports of an adult female injured.

‘At 1am an ambulance arrived on the premises. I can confirm no-one was transported. Services left the scene at 1.17am. The police department were not called.’ 

The incident draws parallels to Spears’ turbulent past, including her infamous 2007 head-shaving episode and subsequent entry into a conservatorship in 2008, leading fans to worry for her well being.

Spears recently finalized her divorce from her third husband Hesam ‘Sam’ Asghari, who she was separated from for nine months after just 14 months of marriage. 

The Hit Me Baby One More Time singer also recently settled the legal case with her father, Jamie, over her controversial conservatorship.
