‘We have considered vasectomy, tubal ligation’ – Daddie Marto’s wife Koku Lwanga reveals
By K24 Editorial, November 25, 2023Actor and content creator Daddie Marto’s wife Christine Kokueendera alias Koku Lwanga has revealed they are having an honest conversation about their family planning since they do not want more kids.
The mother of three during a recent interview disclosed that they are considering undertaking either a vasectomy or tubal ligation procedure.
“None of my kids are planned. All my kids are oops babies… but I’m really done this time. The petition I’d give God is that I have things I need to do. I still need to go back to school and build my brand,” Koku said.
Adding;
“He has considered vasectomy and I have considered tubal ligation but we are still on the fence.”
Both vasectomy and tubal ligation are effective family planning procedures for couples not wanting to enlarge their families.
Vasectomy also male sterilisation is a 15-minute non-painful surgical procedure to cut or seal the tubes that carry a man’s sperm to permanently prevent pregnancy.
On the other hand, tubal ligation also tubal sterilization procedures may include either cutting and removing a portion of the tubes, using an electric current to burn (cauterize) part of the tubes, sealing off the tubes with a ring or clip, or inserting an implant that creates scar tissue that will eventually block the tubes.
Tubal sterilization aims to prevent pregnancy by blocking an egg and sperm from meeting in the fallopian tube.
Daddie Marto, Koku’s parenthood journey
Daddie Marto and Koku Lwanga have been candid about their unplanned babies however the couple has embraced the unexpected journey with love and humour, dubbing their children “destiny kids.”

“Our kids have been destiny kids, we need to take destiny into our own hands,” Marto said in one of their videos about parenthood.
In previous videos, the couple revealed their first child was conceived when they were newly dating and not taking any precautions.
As for their second child, Koku noted they had just stopped using the copper coil for contraception, and to their surprise, she became pregnant just a month later.
“The second born, I had just gotten off birth control, which is the copper coil, and I was taking a break, literally a month later, I was pregnant,“ she said.
For their thirdborn whom they welcomed on May 12, 2023, the couple noted they were on birth control.
