Sauti Sol band member Bien-Aimé Baraza is the latest celebrity to announce his exit from social media.

Taking to his Instagram page, Bien revealed that he is quitting the social platform noting that social media is toxic and had led him into acquiring unhealthy behaviours.

The Mbwe Mbwe hitmaker also revealed that he is considering leaving the hard substances he has been using.

According to him, he made up his mind to change his ways of life after a deep reflection on his life.

“So after a long hard look in the mirror, I have decided to change my ways. The Internet is a very toxic place and I just want to take a step back. There are a lot of habits that I picked up along the way that I am leaving behind this year. I just want to reset and rewind,” Bien said.

Adding: “Time to reset and rewind. From this day onwards, I am a changed man. I am even considering quitting jaba and other substances. It won’t be easy but the Lord is with me.”
