A widow whose husband died on Thursday, August 26, due to a crane accident in Kilimani area has spoken out about how her husband Stanley had suffered an ordeal prior to the unfortunate death.
According to Phyllis Alusa, it’s not the first time her husband has survived similar cases erstwhile to his death.
Alusa reveals that her husband survived in 2016 after falling from the fourth floor of a building.
Alusa narrates that during the incident four years ago her husband fell from the top of the building with his head going down, leading to him being rushed to a nearby hospital in an ambulance, and was immediately put on piped oxygen.
“I was informed about what had happened, and I quickly rushed to his workstation but was nowhere to be seen only to be informed that he had been rushed to a nearby hospital,” a visibly teary Alusa, narrated.
Alusa further revealed that her late husband sustained serious injuries, and she was shocked to learn that he had been put on oxygen.
She described her husband as a hard-working man who ensured his family lacked nothing and was comfortable by all means.
Alusa also opened up on the day her husband left on that fateful day the incident occurred he had promised to bring his kids some goodies, little did he know that would be the last time he would see them.
The mother of three said that she now remains with a huge task of raising up three children, yet she has no income to take care of them since her husband was the only breadwinner.
She explained how her three children were unable to sleep on that fateful day when their dotting father did not come back.
“The children did not go to bed because they kept on asking me if their father was coming back,” she said.
