Thugs who broke into houses, ate, drunk and stole while owners sleep in Kirinyaga arrested in Kitengela

Four suspected members of a criminal gang that have been terrorizing residents of Kirinyaga County through broad day light house breaking and theft have today been arrested at Kitengela town.

The four males aged between 20 and 37 years were intercepted by Kitengela based director of criminal investigations officers at a traffic snarl up within the town.

The DCI officers working in conjunction with their Kirinyaga counterparts were trailing the movement of the suspects and flagged down a Toyota starlet vehicle registration KAT839G before arresting the four.

The four identified as Allan Onyango(19), John Munyao (22), James Gichuhi(23) and Wilson Ng’ethe (37) were found in possession of tens of Master keys, several clobbers and other crude weapons.

They are currently being held at Kitengela police station awaiting to be picked by Kirinyaga DCI officers.
