Ruto praises SHA’s effectiveness

On SHA, the Head of State has said 26 million Kenyans isn’t a small number to joke with as far as effectiveness and SHA trust is concerned.

“There is now evidence everywhere that the decisions we have made in the past three years have been giving us results.

Housing that has been pending for many years, today we have built 170,000 units across Kenya.

They are visible; even the naysayers cannot deny anything anymore because they are visible,” Ruto has said.

The President has highlighted that the Social Health Authority has registered remarkable trust among Kenyans.

“Our SHA is working, and that is why 26 million Kenyans have already registered.

“That is not a small number to joke with. It shows that Kenyans have believed in our approach and the programme’s effectiveness,” he has noted.

Ruto has added that the government has maintained transparency and efficiency in the programme to ensure that every citizen benefits.

He has stressed that visible results, like constructed houses, have strengthened public confidence in the initiative.

Ruto hails Agricultural transformation

Beyond housing, the Head of State has said the government’s agricultural transformation has also been yielding positive results, even though the process has been difficult.

“Our agricultural transformation is working, and it is delivering food security and economic growth,” Ruto has said.

“Therefore, that is what I am saying to leaders: the opportunity for Kenya to become a first-world country is now.

“The opportunity to take up our responsibility, work for it as if our life depends on it, and take Kenya to the next level has been here, and it is for us to grab,” he has added.

The Head of State’s remarks have highlighted the government’s emphasis on citizen-centric development and the tangible results of policy decisions implemented since 2022.
