Majimbo Kalasinga of Ford Kenya has been declared the winner of the Kabuchai parliamentary by-election.

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission said Kalasinga emerged the winner with 19,274 votes with his nearest rival, UDA candidate Evans Kakai, garnering 6,455 votes.

Nakuru: Antony Nzuki of UDA wins London Ward MCA seat after getting 1,707 votes against Francis Njoroge of Jubilee who had 1,385 votes. www.k24tv.co.ke

Uasin Gishu: Lucy Chomba of Jubilee wins Huruma MCA seat with 2,498 votes; New Democrats candidate Peter Wanjohi comes second with 1,147 votes. www.k24tv.co.ke

Virginia Wamaitha of Jubilee wins Hells Gate MCA seat after getting 3,955 votes against 2nd-placed Warothe Kuria of UDA, who got 2,742 votes. www.k24tv.co.ke
