Kenya’s renowned football fan Isaac Juma has been killed by unknown people at his Mumias West home, family confirms to K24 Digital.

His second wife Faridah Anyango Juma said that unknown people got into their home at around 9:00 pm and killed Juma using machetes. “He was attacked and killed at night,” Faridah said.

Until his untimely demise, Juma had been a diehard fan of AFC Leopards and Kakamega Homeboyz in separate periods. He was also a hardcore Harambee Stars fan.

Residents suspect that Juma, 58, was killed over a family land row. The land in question had been reportedly sold on the pretext that Juma had died and things took an ugly twist when Juma showed up and reclaimed the piece of land.

Juma has left behind two wives; Christine Juma and Faridah Anyango Juma and a total of 14 kids (eight with the first wife and six with the second wife).
