A farmhand who was killed in Karura, Kiambu County along with four family members has been buried.

James Kinyanjui was buried in Gathiga Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon, January 13.

He was the first victim who was brutally murdered by the main suspect Lawrence Warunge in the Kiambu killings that left the country shocked

An autopsy conducted on Tuesday revealed that Kinyanjui’s body had blunt object trauma besides the stab wounds.

Warunge, who is the main suspect in the murder, confessed to the police that he was inspired by Killing Eve, a movie series.

He is expected to be arraigned in court on January 25, 2021.
