The Roots party leader also revealed that he finished constructing his ‘isimba’ – a traditional hut that boys build after being initiated into adulthood.

In July, in the midst of his presidential campaign, Wajackoyah decided to build a house as he eyed the country’s highest office.

“Time to remember my late father. Refurbishing his grave and finishing my Isimba,” Wajackoyah wrote.

Apart from taking care of his late father posthumously and building his isimba, Wajackoyah also renovated the ‘bush road’ leading to his Indangalasia village situated in the Matungu constituency, Kakamega county.

“Indangalasia village Koyonzo Matungu constituency has become monumental. The village had no electricity or running water. The bush road is now getting a facelift,” Wajackoyah bragged.
