Lang’ata MP Phelix Odiwuor alias Jalang’o has said that he will hold President-elect William Ruto to his own words.

Ruto’s presidential campaign was built on one major pillar the infamous ‘Bottom-up’ approach in which he outlined several strategies to implement the module.

Also among his other persuasive promises to the youth, Ruto pledged to focus on the domestic crisis of the high cost of living in the nation. He pledged to also provide free airtime, and give solutions to people who’ve been listed on CRB in his first 100 days in office among others.

Jalas now says, he will hold Ruto accountable for all these promises.

Tunangoja unga ya 70, kila mtu atolewe CRB, free wifi na airtime alafu kuna hustlers fund na zote zilikua chini ya siku mia moja,” He said.

Further, the lawmaker noted that although he is a staunch follower of the Azimio-One Kenya party, his friendships are not confined to the coalition.

“Unajua siasa sio uadui anavyopenda kusema Mandago usiweke siasa kwa roho ndio vile mimi pia sitaweka kwa roho na yeye pia asiweke.”

William Ruto and Rigathi Gachagua are set to be sworn in on Tuesday, September 13.
