Mosiria lifts his own spirits after Man U shows Arsenal dust

Geoffrey Mosiria, just like others who support Arsenal, has come forward to issue his side of the story.
This is after Manchester United thunderously humiliated Arsenal during a match that saw Man U climb above Chelsea in the EPL table.
Taking to his Facebook page on Sunday, January 25, 2025, the Nairobi County’s Chief Officer for Customer Care department Mosiria has said that at Arsenal, they don’t play just to win but to enjoy the game.
“We are used to being generous to our opponents, not because we can’t win, but because we are the best and always on top of the game.
“That’s why we even let the Red Devils enjoy this January. We didn’t want their January blues to turn into a full meltdown!
“Sometimes, we let them have a little fun, but make no mistake, the crown is ours!” he wrote on Facebook.
Man U secures late win
The match at Emirates Stadium turned out to be a thrilling five-goal encounter. Arsenal initially took the lead in the 29th minute when Lisandro Martinez’s attempted clearance deflected into his own net.
Manchester United responded quickly as Bryan Mbeumo punished a poor pass from Martin Zubimendi to equalise in the 37th minute.
Just five minutes into the second half, Patrick Dorgu scored a sensational strike, giving the Red Devils a temporary lead.
Arsenal substitute Mikel Merino appeared to have salvaged a point with a late goal, but Matheus Cunha ensured United celebrated instead.
Cunha curled home a stunning effort in the 87th minute, completing the comeback and sealing a dramatic 3-2 victory.
The win lifted Manchester United above Chelsea and Liverpool into fourth, while Arsenal’s lead at the top of the table was reduced to just four points.

Despite the defeat, Mosiria urged fans to appreciate Arsenal’s philosophy of playing with flair and enjoyment.
