Kapseret Member of Parliament (MP) Oscar Sudi has expressed profound grief over the passing of Emurua Dikirr Member of Parliament Johana Ng’eno, describing the loss as unbearable.

In a statement on Saturday, February 28, 2026, Sudi recalled memories of his long-standing friendship with Ng’eno, dating back to August 17, 2018, when he accompanied the late MP to an engagement ceremony.

“When you decided to take the leap and get married, I was right there with you, wearing that iconic Maasai shuka, pushing you to take the plunge,” he recalled.

He described their bond as more than friendship, saying they were like family.

“I remember every moment we shared, every laugh, every story, every dream. We travelled together, laughed together, and even fought sometimes, but through it all, our bond only grew stronger,” Sudi said.

He praised Ng’eno’s passion for politics and dedication to serving the people of Emurua Dikirr, adding that the late legislator’s commitment was inspiring.

“When I heard the news of your passing today, I was shattered. The pain is unbearable, the loss unimaginable. Rest in peace, my friend. You’ll be deeply missed. Your legacy will live on. May your soul rest in eternal peace,” Sudi said.
