“Residents of Matopeni – Upper Embakasi, we are bringing services closer to you! Join us at the Matopeni MCA’s Office compound on Thursday, September 17 and Friday, September 18, 2026, starting at 8:30 am,” Nairobi Water said on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.
Services offered at the clinic
Nairobi Water said the customer care clinic will also focus on sensitising residents about the water and sewer application and connection process. Residents will be able to get information on the steps involved in applying for the services.
The clinic will further provide an opportunity for customers to raise complaints and account-related queries. Nairobi Water said these concerns will be handled during the two-day exercise at the MCA’s office compound.
“Come through, tuko hapa kukusaidia na masuala yako yote ya maji na maji taka. Don’t miss out!” Nairobi Water said.
The exercise is also aimed at promoting responsible water use and conservation among residents in Upper Embakasi. This will form part of the issues addressed during the customer care clinic.
According to the notice, the clinic is specifically targeting the Matopeni area within the Upper Embakasi Region. Residents with illegal or unmetered connections are encouraged to use the opportunity to regularise their connections.
Nairobi Water said the clinic will bring customer care services closer to residents for the two days. The utility has asked residents to attend the exercise and seek assistance on their water and sewer concerns.
The notice lists four main areas that will be addressed during the clinic, including illegal and unmetered connections, water and sewer applications, customer complaints and account queries. It will also cover responsible water use and conservation.
