Betty Kyallo has given her followers a dose of afternoon laughter after sharing the reality of her dog’s transition to the “soft life”.
Taking to her Instagram Stories on Thursday, May 14, 2026, the celebrated star revealed that she had decided to kit out her beloved pet with a pair of shoes—though the result was more comedy than couture.
In the first of a series of clips, Betty captured the moment the canine took its initial, hesitant steps in the new footwear.
To complete the high-fashion look, the dog was also made to wear a fancy pink jacket, adding to the spectacle as it navigated the living room floor.
Captioning the post “First time wearing shoes” with a string of laughing emojis, she couldn’t contain her amusement at the dog’s high-stepping and confused gait.
As the dog continued to struggle with its balance and attempted to figure out how to walk appropriately with the unusual additions to its paws, Betty was heard laughing hysterically in the background.
Watching her pet’s awkward movements in the tiny shoes and pink outerwear, she posted another video with the caption “naisha”—a popular slang term indicating she was “dying” of laughter—followed by even more emojis.
Fans quickly flooded social media with reactions to the clip, with many joking that while the pampered pooch looked runway-ready in pink, it was clearly still getting its “sea legs” in the shoe department.
